no correcto:

• Hi, I am John Smith.(no se usa por teléfono,pero en otras situaciones está perfectamente bien)

2. Quieres hablar con alguien :

• Could I speak to Mr Smith please?
• Could I talk to Mr Smith please?
• Is Juan there? (informal)

3. No está...

• I'm sorry, he is out.
• I'm afraid he is not here.
• He is not here at the moment.

4. Está comunicando...

• I'm sorry, his line is busy.
• I'm sorry, his line is engaged.

5. Dejar un mensaje (Si llamas)

• Could I leave a message please?
• Could you give him a message please?

6. Dejar un mensaje (Si respondes)

• Would you like to leave a message?
